What is required to join MC?
All accepted students are required to have the following:
-High School diploma/GED
-Proof of Health Insurance
-Valid Passport
Who should apply?
Master’s Commission is for anyone who wants to go deeper with God. Whether being called into full-time ministry or not, MC reveals new and greater passions that you never knew you had. It defines and develops the gifts and talents that God put inside of you. Even if you are right out of high school or just finishing college, Master’s Commission will give you the spiritual foundation and discipline that will literally change your life and prepare you for the world to come.
Can I have a job while in MC?
No. Master’s Commission is a full-time program and will require your full attention for the entire nine months.
Is Everyone Accepted?
Because we are led by the Holy Spirit, all applicants will be notified of acceptance pending a review of the applications.
How Should I handle Personal Expenses?
We recommend that each student have at least $40-$45 extra per week for expenses such as gas, food, personal items, etc.
Do I Need a Car?
A vehicle is strongly encouraged while in Master’s Commission. If the student wishes to bring an automobile, proof of insurance and registration will need to be given upon entrance into the program.
What are the average weekly hours?
MC on an average week is in session 50 to 55 hours a week so this is a full time commitment.
When Does MC Start and End?
MC is a nine month program beginning in August 19, 2008-May 15, 2009
Am I allowed to date?
The purpose of Master’s Commission is for the student to put their full focus on God and to set aside any potential distractions. We require first-year students to abstain from dating during their enrollment in Master’s Commission.
